The Unique Entity Number (UEN) is a number assigned by the Singapore government to all entities in the country. After completing your Singapore company registration, you will receive your UEN.

Local companies, LLPs, societies, and representative offices are eligible for a UEN. The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) is responsible for issuing a UEN to all entities with limited partnerships, limited liability partnerships, foreign companies, and public accounting firms.
