Your company can have one or more directors. They must be individuals over the age of 18.

Every company also requires at least one local resident director, who must be a Singapore citizen or permanent resident.

If the director is not a Singapore resident and wishes to fulfill the local resident requirements, he or she must have an Entrepreneur Pass or an Employment Pass and a letter of consent from MOM to act as a Director (if applicable).
