A Nominee Director will generally not do any of the following:

• Sign any document which would impose personal liability on them
• Sign tenancy agreements
• Sign employment contracts
• Sign letters of undertaking
• Provide authentication of documents
• Act as sole signatory when opening bank account
• Accept no financial responsibility/liability if assistance with opening a bank account is provided.
• Accept no financial responsibility/liability if assistance is provided in opening other online payment accounts.
• Carry out an unlawful request.
