No. In Singapore, there are no quota restrictions for Employment Pass (EP) holders. Firms with a higher proportion of foreign professionals, managers, executives, and technicians (PMETs) than their industry peers or with a high concentration of a single foreign nationality source may be placed on the Fair Consideration Framework (FCF) Watchlist. Firms placed on the watchlist will have their EP applications scrutinized by MOM, and their EP applications will take longer to process.
