Yes, but only if the EP holder has obtained from MOM a Letter of Consent (LOC). Please keep in mind that MOM will usually approve LOC requests for secondary directorship positions in related companies, such as a subsidiary that is critical to the EP holder’s job role. If the secondary directorship is in an unrelated company, such as a fund entity, MOM may still grant the LOC if it is related to the EP holder’s primary occupation.
